Save your oven for other cooking.
Piped inline Gas Grill preheated to 375.
Completely thawed turkey.
Cleaned and Seasoned not stuffed with stuffing.
Cover the turkey in a tent of non-stick aluminum foil.
Really really big Aluminum Pan, big enough to fit a rack.Add water to the pan.
About 15-20 minutes per pound at 375....
